IP Buyout

Our IP Buyout option is provided for customers for whom retention of intellectual property is a high priority.

Customers opting for IP Buyout will retain 100% of the intellectual property generated during the consultancy period. This includes all concept development, source code, executable binaries and digital media assets. In essence we hand over the entire project to the customer once the consultancy period is over and remove all consultancy files from our workstations and servers.

We will provide customers with fully commented source code and comprehensive, fully indexed technical documentation in HTML format.
