IP Share

Our IP Share option is aimed at customers who are willing to share intellectual property with us in exchange for the benefit of a substantially reduced consultancy rate.

Customers opting for IP Share will retain exclusive rights to the product concept and the executable binaries which may be distributed and licensed in any way the customer wishes. Codeblue Multimedia will retain exclusive rights to the source code written during the consultancy period including the rights to reuse any portions of it in other products.

Additionally we would require to be visibly acknowledged within the software as the developer of the product.
